Badge Guru with Cricut Joy 2 Workflow

  1. Download & Upload the SVG
    Save the Badge Guru .svg to your phone. Open Cricut Design Space, start a new project, select Upload, and choose the SVG from your device.

  2. Add the Template to the Canvas
    Select the uploaded design and tap Add to Canvas. Keep the template at its original size and orientation so the adhesive matches the scanned emblem accurately.

  3. Prepare the Adhesive Sheet
    Place the Badge Guru adhesive sheet onto the Cricut cutting mat with the adhesive material facing the correct cutting direction, smoothing it flat with no wrinkles or bubbles.

  4. Send the Design to the Cricut Joy 2
    Tap Make, confirm the layout, select the appropriate material/cut settings, connect to the Cricut Joy 2, and load the prepared mat when prompted.

  5. Cut & Weed the Adhesive
    Start the cut. Once complete, unload the mat and carefully remove the surrounding excess adhesive, leaving only the precision-cut adhesive pieces needed for the emblem.

  6. Apply & Reinstall the Emblem
    Align the cut adhesive with the back of the cleaned emblem, press firmly across the entire surface, remove the protective liner, then position and press the emblem back onto the vehicle.
