Delete Your Badge Guru Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Badge Guru account at any time, directly from your account settings. This applies to accounts used on the Badge Guru website and in the Badge Guru mobile apps.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your Badge Guru account on this website.
2. Open Account Settings.
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section, select Delete Account, and confirm.

What happens when you delete

Once your deletion request is accepted, your account is permanently closed and you can no longer sign in on the website or mobile apps. Your profile and saved scan records are removed. Device registrations are removed or unlinked from your account. Stored images and related files may remain while removal is pending or ownership needs review. Some order, billing, and fulfilment information may be retained to complete an order, meet applicable legal or accounting obligations, or resolve payment disputes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cancel any active subscription through your billing provider before deleting your account to avoid further charges. For subscriptions billed through Stripe, use your subscription settings. If you cannot complete your deletion request, email [email protected] for help.

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. Deleting your Badge Guru account does not cancel those subscriptions. To stop future billing, cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings.
